Thomson Falls

Day 7 and 8 - After a wonderful stay in Shaba and some great gamedrives in Shaba National Park and Buffalo Springs, we continue our journey. We go to Thomsom Falls. We stay in an old lodge, with a view at the 72 meters deep water fall. The waterfalls are named after the first English traveler (Joseph Thomson) who traveled from the coast to the Victoria lakes in 1880.
We make a trip to a cattle ranch of a white farmer. Most of our party make a camel ride to a village of the Turkana tribe and Samburu tribe. Some of us walk and some make the journey by ox car.
